THE PARTIES

 

MGE and The Client, each referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties," agree to the following: 

 

OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

 

1. MGE warrants that all data, information, and material acquired from the Client(s) shall be considered highly confidential ("Confidential Information").

2. Any reports, documents, physical and softcopy materials concerning the Client(s) Confidential Information shall not be disclosed or distributed to other entities without the Client(s) prior consent. 

3. Upon project completion, MGE shall return all documents, physical and softcopy materials containing the Client(s) Confidential Information.
