Cancellation Policy
Strategy Sessions Policy Booking and Payment: Strategy Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system. Payment for the session is required at the time of booking. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide notice in advance and reschedule the call at your next convenient time. Refunds are not offered at this time. No Refunds: Strategy Sessions are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is considered final and will not be refunded for any reason. Appointment Details: Ensure the accuracy of the contact number provided in the booking form. Mina G will call the specified number at the chosen date and time. Collaborative Participation: We encourage you to have all relevant individuals involved in your project on the call during the Strategy Session for a more comprehensive discussion. Network Referrals: While we may suggest professionals from our network, the choice to engage with them is entirely yours. We are not responsible for the services provided by external professionals. Confidentiality: All information shared during the Strategy Session is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We respect the privacy of our clients and their projects.
